Having spent over 12 years in School Administration, I have observed every detail of how institutions function and how students respond. I'd like to share a few key insights from my journey.
It is a well-known fact that a child's mind can only be opened from within. Any attempt to force it open externally risks shutting it down permanently. When learning becomes stressful, children develop resentment, bitterness, and disinterest toward education.
Unfortunately, many parents blame their children for showing a lack of interest in studies. But we, as adults, must have the courage to accept our own responsibility. Often, it is we who fail to create an environment that is nurturing, inspiring, and conducive to learning. A child needs a safe and supportive atmosphere to fall in love with the process of learning, not just the outcomes
Remember — every outcome is a reflection of the input. Whether it is quality or quantity, the input matters deeply.
